Courtesy Cellular Phone Policy at FRCC
- The use of pagers, cell phones, portable phones and other such devices often interfere with the enjoyment of golf, tennis and Club facilities by the membership. As a result, their use is strongly discouraged except in emergency situations. Conducting business conversations on the golf course, tennis courts or driving range is inappropriate at any time.
- For those members such as physicians and parents with young children who find it absolutely necessary to remain in direct contact while enjoying the Club facilities, the use of inaudible alarms or silent pagers should be considered. Use of audible pagers or cell phones is frequently annoying to others in the vicinity and therefore, as a common courtesy, should never be used. When an emergency call is received, every effort should be made to return to the Clubhouse to reply.
- Guests of members should be made aware of these guidelines. It is every member’s responsibility to remind their guest and hold them accountable to this behavior.
