Michele Surrell

Catering Manager
Michele joined FRCC in 2000. As Catering Manager, Michele is in charge of all club and private events. She is in her element coordinating the service staff during banquets large and small.

Amber Russom

Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant
Amber graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Recreation & Tourism. She has experience with corporate event planning and has worked a variety of special events with the San Diego Padres.

Dustin Everett

Banquet Captain
Dustin came to FRCC in 2009 from Stoneridge, where he worked for five years in their food and beverage department.
