Nichole Tudor

Private Event Manager
Nichole holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University. Nichole has a Food & Beverage background and her family is in the wine business. Nichole was Sales & Special Events Coordinator for Kahala Caterers in Honolulu and Director of Catering for Vellano Country Club in Los Angeles before joining FRCC.

Michele Surrell

Club Event Manager
Michele joined FRCC in 2000. As Club Event Manager, Michele is in charge of all club events and is in her element coordinating the service staff during banquets large and small.

Amber Russom

Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant
Amber graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Recreation & Tourism. She has experience with corporate event planning and has worked a variety of special events with the San Diego Padres.

Dustin Everett

Banquet Captain
Dustin came to FRCC in 2009 from Stoneridge, where he worked for five years in their food and beverage department.
